While a black with red accent variant of the EVO 4G LTE has been available for a few weeks now, those who prefer a white device have been left out in the cold. All that changes this Sunday, as Sprint has just announced that a white version of the EVO 4G LTE will go on sale 7/15 for $199.99 with new 2-year agreement, or $549.99 full retail.
The EVO 4G LTE is an awesome device, and provides a good alternative to the recently-released Galaxy S III, and multiple color options is always a welcome addition to a phone. Anyone out there planning on picking up the white EVO 4G LTE?

It always nice to have different color options.
ReplyYou might want to change/update the pic.. It’s not gonna be white & red.. it’s white & silver..
Reply” The stunning white smartphone is framed by its aluminum unibody and sports a matching silver kickstand and aluminized back plate for a sleek and refined look.”
I’m not sure I love the silver look.. they just made it look worse..

Sorry about that, all corrected. I think I prefer the white with red though.

Is there a front shot yet? hopefully its black except for the rim
ReplyWhy does everyone else have a picture with a silver kickstand instead of red? Either way I’m done with htc for now. I have replaced my evo 3d 6 times and the gs3 has way better features. I will give sammy a try before I try another htc phone. I’m going to miss htc sense.
ReplyThat may be a huge mistake. I left my HTC hero for the epic… And I could not get over the infantile look of touch wiz… No rom or theme could help me get over sense … If you like sense the great features on the gs3, and they are pretty sweet, will not hold you over. The EVO 4g LTE is such a great breath if fresh air… I’m NEVER making that mistake again.
ReplyHTC EVO 4G LTE is a beautiful phone already. I need to recommend this one to my sister-in-law. Her contracts up soon and she’s shopping for a new phone. I like your mock up with the red kickstand better than silver.

Y can’t your carriers all play together, and release every phone on all carriers and give the customer real choice to choose the phone they want on the carrier they want??
Are the scared of proper equality in the market and scared of a price war.
In the UK all phones are released on all of the 5 major nationwide carriers. And because of this phone contracts have never been cheaper.
An typical sgs3/iphone/HTC x, will be free upfount, and about 60USD per month. 2k mins unlimited text and data. No extra charge for tethering (unless u take the pee)
ReplyI am really starting to get disappointed in this site. They show the white evo with a red kickstand. Then there are no reviews for the Evo Lte, Galaxy 3, and the Galaxy Note. The news is late. And Google Currents is not up to date, it is about a week behind.
ReplyIt looks beautiful. If only this was the design for the next nexus but with software buttons.
